I bring a broad range of experience from the trades, having worked in various roles to reach where I am today. I have no regrets about taking a non-traditional path into engineering—those experiences funded my education and instilled a strong work ethic, along with a lasting appreciation for tangible, hands-on results. The same applies to my decision to pursue a Mechanical Engineering Technology diploma before completing my degree—it provided a strong practical foundation that continues to shape my approach as an engineer.
